Kathleen's inspiration is drawn from a sense of history and culture that is timeless. Here you see time honoured symbols, the circle for one reminding us of all directions and perceptions, of femininity and completion. Unique renditions of African Tuareg style designs consist of both circle and cross, traditionally seen as fertility symbols and potent talismans.
The Collection
Inherently each sculpture is unique and finished with hours devoted to detail and hand pollishing. Multiple conponents are often conbined in various ways to create renditions of old African cross designs and fertility symbols.
